Product description:
Purpose: The fat catcher has the shape of a labyrinth which allows to capture contaminants (mainly fat particles) generated in the process of cooking, frying and baking in a professional kitchen.
Mode of operation: The exhaust air stream flows through the labyrinth of the fat catcher. Fat particles and impurities are deposited on the blades and are discharged into the extractor hood trough
Effectiveness: The amount of precipitated fat (%) from the air being removed is from 78% to 82% depending on the air flow rate.
Note: Fat catchers are MULTIPLE USE - dimensions 500x500 and 300x500 allow washing in all types of dishwashers.
