A glass freezer, with a flat glass, often referred to as a freezing display, is intended for storage and display in frozen and ice cream baskets. The housing is made of PVC laminated sheet, resistant to scratches and corrosion. Polyurethane insulation, low-emission windscreens and torsion rollers were used.

MODIFICATIONS AND ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

• An electronic thermometer with a liquid crystal display is permanently mounted on the equipment. Powered from a microbattery with a shelf life of about 2 years. Indicates an approximate ± 2 ° C stabilized air temperature at the load level.
• The electronic controller built-in permanently to the equipment replaces the thermostat and allows you to set the desired temperature in the range acceptable for a given type of equipment, and indicates continuously stabilized air temperature with an accuracy of ± 2oC.
