Product description:
Gas furnaces allow excellent preparation, compared to wood-burning stoves. The line consists of seven models, three have been designed for pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm, and four for the pizzas with a diameter of 36 cm. The particular shape of the baffles inside the cooking chamber - entirely made of stainless steel - allows the transfer of heat toward the ceiling and the refractory surface reflects them to the cooking chamber. Independent control of flame power bottom of the chamber and the surface of the refractory and temperature control by digital thermostat. All furnaces have an annual certification and pass demanding tests control.
