The fact was that for the first time used a pump which ensured the correct pressure to allow brew a true Italian espresso. In this way Faema E61 coffee became a symbol of Italian espresso around the world.
Exactly 40 years after the birth of the mythical E61, Faema launched E61 LEGEND anniversary model, which has preserved all the original external features combined with the latest modern technical solutions in the middle.
E61 LEGEND is a cult coffee, with outstanding over 40 years history. Unrivaled among all coffee. The most recognized pressure espresso in the world.

Many world-class experts believe LEGEND E61 as the best coffee to serve real Italian espresso. It also has a very high reputation among the best Polish baristas.
In the coffee machine E61 Legend, we were first used thermobalance system whereby each group espresso machine can be precisely adapted to the specifics of each coffee blend.
E61 LEGEND from the operational side is very simple in operation espresso machine, but which counts very high requirements for the operator barista.
E61 LEGEND occurs as coffee 1, 2 and 3 group in the S-semiautomatic version.
