Product description:

Professional electric furnaces equipped with a baking chamber designed and optimized for pizzas with a diameter of 36 cm. Fronts available with stainless steel or rustic finish. Adjustment via independent mechanical thermostats, both for the top and bottom of the furnace, insulation from evaporated high density mineral wool, baking surface of refractory stone, pyrometer and internal halogen lighting. The lines of three heating elements on the top and bottom are powered by contactors. Available with an electronic thermoregulator with a digital display.
