Product description:

Professional electric furnaces equipped with a baking chamber entirely of refractory stone. For this series of ovens, additional insulation is provided that stops the temperature even after long runs of consecutive batches. The fronts are available in stainless or rustic finish. Adjustment via independent mechanical thermostats, both for the top and bottom of the furnace, insulation from evaporated high density mineral wool, baking surface of refractory stone, pyrometer and internal halogen lighting. The lines of three heating elements on the top and bottom are powered by contactors. Available with an electronic thermoregulator with a digital display.
